Soul Calling
Business Clarity Blueprint
Coaching Program with Rochana Felde
From trained to practicing. From guesswork to groundwork. From not yet to right now.
A six-session private coaching container for healing arts practitioners who are getting ready to launch.
Your practice wants to emerge.
You didn’t spend years training to stay in perpetual preparation. Somewhere between finishing a certification and opening your doors, many practitioners get stuck: unclear on what to call their niche, unsure what to charge, waiting for a feeling of readiness that doesn’t seem to manifest.
This isn’t a personal failing. Turning a modality into a practice is an entirely different skill set than the modality itself, and one you likely haven’t trained for. So the gap gets filled with guesswork, borrowed templates, and a website that doesn’t work, or get built at all.
Soul Calling is a six-session container for practitioners ready to close that gap: to get clear on who you are, who you’re for, and what you offer, so the website that comes next attracts your ideal clients to your soul business.

This is for you if:
You have training in one or more modalities, but haven’t yet built a business or website around it
You’re getting ready to launch, but keep getting stuck before you start: unclear on your niche, your offers, or how to talk about your work
You have an old or unfinished website you’ve stepped away from and know needs a full rebuild, not a patch
You want the clarity work done before anything gets built, not figured out in the middle of construction
This is not for you if:
You already have an established practice with real client history, and your website or pricing simply needs to catch up to your skill. That’s the work of The Hidden Healer, not this container
You’re looking for the technical website build itself. This container is the pre-work, not the construction
You’re looking for someone to build your funnel or run your marketing for you. This is coaching, and the work is yours to do
What Six Sessions Together Looks Like
This is coaching with room to be honest: uncertainty about whether you’re ready, whether your work is good enough, whether you’re allowed to charge for it yet. When those feelings come up, we name them and move through them together with clear structure, realistic pacing, and steady support.
1) Find Your Ground
We get clear on who you are and who you’re building this practice for.
Session 1 — Who Are You?
Session 2 — Who Are Your People and What Do They Need?
Your story, your values, and what makes your work irreplaceable, separate from any one modality. Then getting clear on who you’re building this practice for, and how they’d describe their own struggle, in their own words.
What tends to surface: The pull to describe your work with modality language instead of speaking plainly, and doubt about what you’re allowed to claim. Difficulty identifying your ideal client before you’ve actually met.
2) Claim Your Space
We name your niche and build the offers that come from it.
Session 3 — Find Your Niche
Session 4 — Design Your Offerings
Claiming your niche in language that feels fully, unmistakably you. Then defining your first offers and settling into what you’ll charge for them.
What tends to surface: The vulnerability of narrowing down in public for the first time, and guilt about charging full price for something you may still discount or give away.
3) Map Your Message
We find the words that manifest and map them to a proven structure.
Session 5 — Your Message
Session 6 — Your Launch Plan
Finding the words that let people see themselves in what you do, and see you as the guide who can help them get there. Then a full plan for the website you’re about to build, page by page.
What tends to surface: Fear of excluding potential clients and the last-minute urge to widen your messaging. The pull to keep researching and refining instead of finalizing a plan you can actually act on.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of six sessions, you’ll have a clear niche, your first offerings named and priced, message language you can stand behind, and a page-by-page plan for the website you’re about to build.
This container won’t include the technical build itself. Think of it as the blueprint, not the construction. Whether that’s you, a developer, or a future round of work together, the building happens after. By the end, you’ll know exactly what needs to happen and why.

Start with a Discovery Call
I want our first conversation to be one where we’re both deciding if it’s the right fit, not a sales call, and no obligation.
1) Discovery
Book a Soul Calling Discovery. On the scheduling form, simply answer a few questions about your practice and pick a time for our discovery call over Zoom.
2) Onboarding
If it’s a fit, we lock in our calendars and I send you all the details of our scope of work together. You’ll also get an intake form to complete before our first session.
3) Soul Business
Together, we’ll uncover the soul business that wants to emerge and codify it into website-ready offerings and messaging. I’ll guide you every step of the way.
